The International Teacher Training Academy specialises in providing a streamlined RPL process for both Diploma of Training and Assessment qualifications. The Diploma of Training and Assessment qualifications are designed for experienced VET practitioners who have current or recent experience in a training and assessment role within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or similar organisation where the focus has been on competency based training and assessment.

Entry Requirements for Training and Assessment Diploma TAE50211
Prior studies in or currently working in an industry area of expertise. Preferred pathway would be TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

TAE50211 Diploma of TAE Course Description
This qualification reflects the roles of training developers and instructional designers who are responsible for analysing training needs and designing training solutions and products to meet workplace capability requirements, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes.

Articulation
On completion of the TAE50211 Diploma in Training Design and Development you would be able to consider higher qualifications in this Training Package such as TAE70210 Vocational Graduate Certificate in Management (Learning) or TAE80210 Vocational Graduate Diploma in Management (Learning), or TAE80113 Graduate Diploma of Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Practice or in the higher education sector or your area of vocational competence. You can receive direct credits from TAE50211 into the other TAE Diploma TAE50111 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training for a dual qualification.
