Entry Requirements for Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Prior studies in or currently working in an industry area of expertise. You will need access to a work environment where you can deliver training sessions to groups and individuals. Sound English language skills, communication and interpersonal skills are required.

TAE40110 Cert IV Training and Assessment Course Description
This qualification reflects the roles of individuals delivering training and assessment services in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. It is also suitable preparation for those engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of competency in a workplace context, as a component of a structured VET programme.

Articulation
On completion of TAE40110 Cert IV Training and Assessment you would be able to enrol in TAE50111 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or TAE50211 Diploma of Training Design and Development.
