Bio
With over five years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Neonatal Intensive Care and Special Care Nursery and in acute care nursing, I am passionate about developing the next generation of healthcare professionals through high-quality education and evidence-based training. I hold the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and have extensive experience supporting students, graduates, and colleagues through clinical teaching, preceptorship, competency assessment, and mentoring.
My approach to training is learner-centred, engaging, and practical, with a strong focus on creating psychologically safe learning environments where learners feel supported to build confidence and competence. I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of vocational education by delivering training that aligns with industry requirements, promotes critical thinking, and prepares learners for real-world clinical practice.
I have a particular interest in infection prevention and control, neonatal care, clinical skills development, and fostering lifelong learning within the healthcare workforce.
