I have recently completed both the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability). These qualifications complement my existing Diploma of Community Services and Certificate IV qualifications in Disability, Community Services and Youth Work. Combined with my current role as a Direct Service Leader, I maintain both vocational competency and industry currency, enabling me to deliver practical, contemporary and industry-relevant training.

With almost 15 years of experience across the disability, aged care, community services, mental health, child and family services, and employment sectors, I have developed extensive experience in leadership, mentoring, workforce development and facilitating learning in highly regulated environments. I am passionate about supporting learners to build the knowledge, skills and confidence required to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.

I am seeking opportunities to commence my career within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and would welcome consideration for permanent, casual or contract Trainer and Assessor roles. Living in regional New South Wales, I am also open to face-to-face, hybrid and online delivery opportunities.
