Bio
I am an experienced manager with a diverse background across private and not-for-profit organisational settings. I am passionate about developing high-performing teams and driving positive outcomes for all stakeholders. I am committed to lifelong learning and bring experience across Disability, Out of Home Care (OOHC), Trauma-Informed Care, Foster Care, Aged Care, and Mental Health services. I have recently completed my TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (December 2025) and am currently completing my Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability). I am now seeking opportunities as a Trainer and Assessor, where I can apply my leadership, communication, and workforce development experience to build capability in others while continuing to advocate for vulnerable children, young people, and adults in our community.
