I read, write and speak 2 languages – Arabic and English. I have worked in a variety of jobs and industries, including Government agencies, where I had to train new employees. I have qualifications in accounting, network engineering and recently completed the Certificate IV in Training an assessment. All my jobs required me to have the highest level of customer service and be able to work with a variety of people from different cultures, language backgrounds, genders, beliefs and personalities.

I currently hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, bachelor’s degree in IT, Diploma in Accounting, Cert IV in Leadership and Management.

I have a diploma in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in network engineering. I have trained people in my current job in the use of computers and software packages for a range of purposes relating to the job.
