I am an experienced Administration Manager and trainer with a strong background in disability support, mental health, individual support, leadership, business operations, and workforce development. In my current role within the NDIS sector, I oversee administration, compliance, payroll, recruitment, staff development, and operational processes while supporting a workforce of more than 100 employees.
I am passionate about helping others develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed in their chosen careers. My experience includes designing and delivering induction programs, mentoring staff, supporting professional development, and promoting person-centred, trauma-informed practices.
My qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Mental Health, Diploma of Business (Operations), and Diploma of Leadership and Management. I am also continuing my professional development through further study in Disability, Community Services, Ageing Support, and Advanced Leadership and Management.
I believe learning should be engaging, practical, and relevant to the workplace. I strive to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident to participate, ask questions, and achieve their goals. By combining real-world industry experience with contemporary training practices, I help learners build the skills and knowledge needed to make a positive difference in their workplaces and communities.
