With over 20 years of various nursing experience, I bring a passionate and practical approach to training. I’ve worked as a subject matter expert for an RTO, reviewing Cert III Individual Support units, and helped develop face to face, aged care education. For the past 5.5 years, I’ve specialised in community-based disability care, particularly spinal cord injury, providing clinical oversight and training support workers in high-intensity supports. I maintain my acute nursing skills and knowledge by working ad hoc agency shifts in local hospitals. I’m passionate about empowering learners with real-world skills and confidence.
