This skill set addresses the skills and knowledge to conceptualise, design, develop and review learning programs and/or tools that satisfy the requirements of training packages and accredited courses and meet identified participant needs.

This skill set is for individuals working in or with training and/or assessment organisations who develop quality training and assessment resources that comply with specific teaching, training and/or assessment requirements.
