This skill set provides the necessary skills and knowledge for workplace trainers and for those who train under supervision in the vocational education and training (VET) sector via a workplace delivery model.

This skill set is for individuals who train others in a workplace. The training may be accredited or non-accredited. The role may involve some coaching at the individual or small group level.

This skill set meets the minimum education requirement for assessors operating without supervision in applicable VET legislation, frameworks and/or standards.

On completion of this Skill Set the units provide credit towards the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
