Mental Health and Wellbeing Community of Practice
This Community of Practice is designed to encourage engagement in a community network to broaden knowledge and improve practices in Mental Health and Wellbeing at work.
As Etienne Wenger (2002) states “A community of practice is a group of people who genuinely care about the same real-life problems or hot topics, and who on that basis interact regularly to learn together and from each other. (Wenger et al., 2002).
