9/6/20 Dear Sandy. I would just like to say thank you for your support while doing the upgrade. I also would like to thank Cyril for his time and patience while training me. He went above and beyond his teaching requirements. He held catch up classes for anyone who needed it in his own time. He showed me patience when I found things hard to understand. 11/9/21:  Hi Sandy, I would like to take this opportunity to express my enormous gratitude for the time you have given to guide me through the final stages of the upgrade for TAE40116. You provided a very engaging learning environment in which I was eager to perform in. This was especially important after there had been such a time lag in my course participation due to a number of factors. The changes due Covid19 and a lack of teaching work opportunities meant I was very disengaged and was on the verge of writing the course off. I feel very fortunate to have had you assigned as the trainer/assessor for the remainder of the course. You also helped in reacquainting myself with my internal motivation to continue with the course. I also appreciate the encouragement given to me to investigate some new opportunities, particularly instructional design for library and information courses. It was a privilege to have had the role of guinea pig for the TAEASS502 upgrade. I learnt an incredible amount as I worked through the assessments and became more critical in analysing the assessment tools. I am also grateful for your ongoing instruction in writing instructions for candidates using an active voice. I have very much enjoyed working with you on this course.
