Recruitment, Selection and Induction of Staff
There are a number of reasons why you may need to recruit a new staff member.
An existing member of staff:
- gives notice
- retires
- is transferred
- is promoted
- is dismissed
A new job role arises because:
- there is a change in management strategic direction
- the business expands
- methods of work change and require additional staff or different skills
