12/11/20 “Right back at you, Jo! I was just telling my boss this morning that the best thing about my Cert IV is my assessor.” ZL

12/11/20  “Wow-wee, I can’t believe it’s all done.  We are off camping this coming weekend – so there will be some celebrating happening. I went into this course a little apprehensive, as it’s been a long time since I have really had to study, but you made the process so achievable and enjoyable.  Thank you so much for the support, guidance and encouragement you provided along the way.  I have learnt so much more than what I was expecting – and feel that I hit the jackpot with you as my trainer and assessor. I hope our paths cross again, as I feel there is so much more I can learn from your vast experience and knowledge.  So again, THANK YOU Sandy, and all the very best for the remainder of the year and beyond.” LC

9/9/21  “Hi Carolyn, On behalf of Gulkula, I would like to thank ITTA – in particularly Chris Dixon for providing the recent TAE Cert IV course. Chris has delivered the course fantastically, at a great pace for all involved and is an absolute wealth of knowledge! The enthusiasm, encouragement, effort and time he puts in to his training goes above and beyond. We will happily recommend Chris to other businesses.” KH

25/1/22  “Hi Sandy.  Thank you to you and the ITTA team for your continued support of our ESTA trainers. It is greatly appreciated.  TC”

26/7/23  Hi Jo,  Thank you so much, I appreciate your feedback.  Thank you as well for always being so readily available to provide guidance and feedback, I’m finding the remote learning process enjoyable thanks largely to your support.  It doesn’t go unnoticed that you get back to us at odd hours and it’s very much appreciated.  TS

28/8/23  I just received my TAE40122 Certificate in the mail for my TAE22! Love the silver embossing! I completed my Upgrade via RPL, for all units except equivalents. The RPL process with ITTA was clear, fair, and feedback was timely. Candidate guides were crystal clear and the process from start to finish was a positive experience! The TAE22 RPL tools are excellent from a candidate perspective! Chris Blanch

2/1/24 Thank you so much Jo for being so supportive and responsive throughout this course.  It really means a lot and I know hoe many times you replied at crazy hours or worked on weekends and holidays.  Thank you so much.  OS

4/1/24 Everyone was really supportive during this process but I specifically would love to call out Jo Lucke for being really quick, attentive, supportive + flexible with her working hours given the way we work and sometimes getting more or less time to get tasks done. I would not have been able to complete this as quickly or efficiently without her.  JS
