Recruitment

Recruitment, Selection and Induction of Staff

There are a number of reasons why you may need to recruit a new staff member.

An existing member of staff:

  • gives notice
  • retires
  • is transferred
  • is promoted
  • is dismissed

A new job role arises because:

  • there is a change in management strategic direction
  • the business expands
  • methods of work change and require additional staff or different skills
