I would like to share some feedback with you from a student who recently completed the dual TAE Diplomas, TAE50111 and TAE50211. I am very pleased to hear comments like this that demonstrate our Academy students are appreciating the value of these Diploma qualifications and are realising the benefits of the new standards that require all Cert IV TAE trainers and assessors to hold one of the TAE Diplomas or a higher level qualification in Adult Education.

Diploma TAE testimonial
I must say that I am delighted to have been able to provide the evidence required for the two Diplomas- a happy surprise as I had only initially enquired about the VET one. Having said that, I have also learned that the requirements for these Diplomas are hefty (as they should be)- especially in relation to the number of assessments and facilitator hours. I think that gives me confidence in the direction of new standards requiring that assessors hold the Diploma for the TAE in the future.

Yahoo! As a Trainer and Assessor, I am so well aware of the Rules of Evidence however it has been really frustrating at times knowing what you need to have and me actually finding it or proving it again. May I say Thankyou Carolyn for your patience and encouragement to keep working through this RPL. Its also pleasing to know you are not a ‘tick and flick’ organisation.
Cheers to you both!
